Our Holiday Cottages

Our holiday cottages – Duke and Duchess – are located on the Farm Park. Being just near Framlingham, our cottages are perfectly located for a trip to the Suffolk coast or a trip down the A12 to Woodbridge.

Nearby there are a selection of golf courses, 2 castles, (one being Framlingham, sited on a hill that Ed Sheeran sung about), the coast is a short drive away as are the forests. The area is a fantastic location for cycling and has welcomed both the men’s tour of Britain and the Woman’s Tour on a number of occasions. If you like cycling off road Tunstall Forest has a Red course that provides a winding course through the trees, Rendlesham Forest has a less technical choice of rides.

Suffolk has gained an excellent reputation for food, both the restaurant selection and the superb quality that you can get in local stores to cook yourself.

Staying on a farm, a Farm Park, is a little different from a working farm, we have plenty of visitors and the environment is always clean and suitable for young children

All on site activities are included: hug a bunny, pony and cart rides, pony rides, hold a chick, etc. In addition, we have our own indoor soft play area, a large outdoor play area with bouncy pillow and our Cannon ball area on the Barmy barn suitable for ages 3 years old to 93 years old!
