Holiday Cottage Terms and Conditions

All reservations are subject to our Terms and Conditions, by paying the deposit the hirer accepts these terms and conditions.

BOOKING PERIODS:

The cottages will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

CHARGES:

A booking by either telephone or email must be accompanied by a £100.00 non-returnable deposit. The full cost of the holiday must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. 50% of the full hire charge is due if the holiday is cancelled before full payment has been made and the full hire charge, when paid, is non refundable. We will use all reasonable endeavors to re-let cottages following cancellation and the net value of the re-letting will be credited against cancellation charges. There is a minimum cancellation charge of £50.00. We firmly recommend cancellation insurance, which is required in any event for holiday values in excess of £400.00.

We reserve the right ourselves to cancel any booking after giving notice to you in the event that we are unable to let the accommodation booked for reasons beyond our reasonable control or in circumstances such that we believe the accommodation is unsuitable. In these circumstances we will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation, subject to availability. VAT at 20% is included in our hire charges.

PAYMENT:

 May be made by cash, credit card or cheque (UK sterling only) made payable to’ Easton Farm Park’. There is no charge for the use of cards to pay.

BOOKINGS:

We reserve the right to refuse group bookings or other persons, who, in our opinion, are unsuitable for the accommodation. The number of persons allowed in each cottage is shown in the brochure. Babies in cots are allowed in addition. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request, free of charge. You must satisfy yourselves that the accommodation offered will meet your requirements.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR HOLIDAY COTTAGES.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES

Breakages may be charged at our discretion.

CARS:

There is ample uncovered parking; vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS:

All bed linen, tea towels and personal towels are included in the holiday price but no bedding is provided for the travel cot.

ELECTRICITY AND OIL:

This is included in the hire charge.

LAUNDRY:

We do have on site laundry facilities for which there is no charge.
